We are making the following changes to your benefits program effective January 1, 2025:

In addition to our current medical plan, employees now have the option to choose from 2 other medical plans. Your paycheck contribution is dependent on your plan choice.
The 3 plan choices are:
These costs are for employee only coverage. Dependents rates are based on age and number of additional family members enrolling.
The 3 plan choices are:
- Kaiser Gold 2250/35 - $20 per paycheck
- Kaiser Gold 1000/40 - $34 per paycheck
- Kaiser 20 Copay Plan - $48 per paycheck
These costs are for employee only coverage. Dependents rates are based on age and number of additional family members enrolling.
DENTAL COVERAGE
Bakersfield Harley-Davidson now offers a HMO or PPO dental plan. HMO plan includes orthodontic coverage for both chiildren and adults.
Employeer pays 100% towards the HMO dental plan. The plan choices are:

Annual open enrollment is in the month of December. For new employees, open enrollment is during your 90 day waiting period.
