EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS:
Santos Lloyd contributes 50% toward a “base medical plan” for employees; the Kaiser Silver 2500. Employees are responsible for paying for 50% of their costs and 100% of dependent costs; “buy-up” are available to other plans and other carriers. Santos Lloyd contributes 100% toward employee dental and vision plans.

Along with HMO, there are PPO and EPO options available. These options will cost more per month from your paycheck, but will allow you to seek treatment from different doctors in the area.
