Use the “click to enroll here” button at the bottom of the page to verify your personal information and then enroll or decline in each coverage type; medical, dental, and vision.
EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS:
Urners will continue to pay for 70% of employee and 30% for dependent cost toward Kaiser medical premiums. Two Kaiser plans are available. Dental and Vision plans are voluntary and employees pay 100% toward those plans.

In addition to the two existing Kaiser plans, you can now enroll in one of two new Anthem Blue Cross PPO options. For the upcoming plan year, you can choose between 4 plans giving you the best of both HMO and PPO insurance. The 4 plans now available will be:

- Existing Plan- Kaiser Silver HMO

Open enrollment is October 29th through November 1st. For new employees, open enrollment is during your 90 day waiting period.
