All of your benefit information is now available online where you can complete your new enrollment or annual renewal. Please visit this website to review all of your benefit information in more detail. Use the “click to enroll here” button at the bottom of the page to verify your personal information and then enroll or decline in each coverage type; medical, dental, and vision.
EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS:
Urners will continue to pay for 70% of employee and 30% for dependent Kaiser medical premiums. Two plans are available. Dental, Vision, and Life plans are voluntary and employees pay 100% toward those plans.
