Also located at the bottom of the Company Benefit webpage is a link to complete you benefit renewal and enrollment. This new system, called “Ease,” will allow you to enter you family information and instantly see accurate rates on each plan available. Once you have selected your plans you can e-sign all necessary forms online.

EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTIONS:
Premium Inspection pays 100% of the employee cost on the Bronze HSA Medical plan. Employees who enroll with dependents, or choose to buy up to a better medical plan, will pay all additional premiums over and above the employee only cost of the bronze plan. Dental and Vision are premiums are paid 100% by employees.

HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS
When enrolled in the Bronze HSA plan, you will have the option to contribute money into a Health Savings Account. You can use these contributions to pay for all of your family medical, dental, and vision expenses; things like deductibles, co-pays, and co-insurance.
